To make your visit to New Contour as pleasant as possible, we ask you to adhere to the house rules below.
MAKE AN APPOINTMENT
If you want to make an appointment you can use the intake form or repeat treatment form or call us on: 06 1042 9086. You can also reach us for questions on the same number. If we are not able to answer the phone, please leave our voicemail and we will call you back as soon as possible. We only work by appointment. By making an appointment, you agree to our house rules and general terms and conditions.
PAYMENT METHODS
You must pay the full amount in full at the first treatment. The payment can be made via a pin payment or a cash payment.
BEING LATE
Make sure you arrive on time for your appointment. We work with a tight schedule and want to take enough time for each client. If you are late for your appointment, we unfortunately have to deduct this time from the total treatment duration. The specialist of New Contour will determine whether she can still treat in the treatment time that is left. If there is insufficient time left, the treatment will be cancelled and the costs for the entire treatment will be calculated.
RESCHEDULE OR CANCEL APPOINTMENT
If you want to reschedule or cancel an appointment, do so up to 24 hours before the treatment. Up to 24 hours in advance, you can reschedule or cancel the treatment without charge. If you want to cancel or reschedule the treatment within 24 hours in advance, 50% of the treatment rate will be charged. In addition, offers, promotions or gift vouchers will no longer be valid.
CONTRAINDICATIONS
If you suffer from one of the contraindications below, we unfortunately cannot treat you. This is in connection with your own and our health. If you have any doubts about the contraindications below, please contact us by telephone prior to the treatment.
– Severe cold, fever or flu
– Pregnancy
– Cold sores
– Infectious diseases
– Skin diseases
HYGIENE
At New Contour, hygiene and safety are very important to us. We ask the client not to smoke prior to the treatment or to wear strong perfume. In addition, we expect the client to think about personal hygiene.
