Yes, I see them a lot….withdrawn hairlines. Both in men and in women.
That’s how it often starts. The hairline and the sides become less and at some point people (men) decide to shave it only briefly. Women usually solve this with hairpieces or powders (Topic) if the hair loss is not too bad.
This form of baldness or hair loss is Androgenetic Alopecia and comes from father’s or mother’s side. It is therefore genetically determined and your fate if one or both of your parents has / have this.
After men decide to wear the hair short, there are several solutions if you have a problem with your baldness.
One of the solutions is a hair transplant. Conversations with people who already have experience with one or more transplants show that there are clinics that do not properly inform people about the advantages and disadvantages. And then they choose an SMP (Scalp Micropigmentation) treatment to solve their problem to some extent.
Of course, that does not mean that all clinics at home or abroad are bad. I have also seen plenty of beautiful examples.
Incidentally, a hair transplant can be a good combination with an SMP treatment.
Another solution is the choice of a hair system or a hairpiece. The people I see and speak to and have experience with it indicate that they find it a hassle during holidays or uncomfortable sitting during hot days.
You also have to return several times a year for maintenance or for another reason.
SMP can then be an alternative.
I have also treated people who choose both. Then you can choose whether you want to wear a hairpiece or not. For example, during your holiday.
All in all, there are plenty of options or combinations to help the bald man or woman.
It is always important that you are well informed before you make a choice.
